is there a parking near the tour meeting point?
Our tours start from Dokk 1. Address: Hack Kampmanns plads, 6. The building has a modern automatic underground parking for 1000 cars, biggest in Denmark. For prices and more information please visit https://dokk1-parkering.dk/en/  
How much walking is involved?
We walk at moderate pace. Our tours last between 2 to 5 hours depending on the tour route. You can expect to be walking or standing for the majority of the time.
Can i book a private tour?
Yes, Aarhus City Guide Private Group tours are available for all tours offered. You can also request a customised tour by submitting a Custom tour request. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
can i book a tour with transport?
If you would like to book a tour with transportation we are ready to help you! Please contact us on aarhuscityguide@gmail.com to get the quotes for different group size and tour length. 
Do you make tours to other cities in denmark?
Yes we do! Cities of Jultland peninsula where you can go on tour with us include RIbe, Ebeltoft, Silkeborg, Vejle, Randers. If you need more information please send us a note and we get back to you with tour info and price quotes.
Do i have to purchase tickets in advance?
To maximise your chances of getting the day, time and number of spots you require please book in advance. You can reserve your spot on our website. You can pay by cash on tour or by card online.
Are tours offered only in english?
Our tours main language is English, however we also speak Russian and Danish. 
Are bathrooms available during the tour?
The bathroom stops on our tour are available on request of the guests. There are free bathrooms in museums, churches, concert hall, city hall, in shopping centres and a number of public bathrooms on the route of each tour.
Can i buy gifts anywhere on tour?
Yes you can! The guide will show you souvenir shop locations during the tour. You are also welcome to check out our own gift shop online.
How many years do you run your tours?
Our company was established in October 2015, since then we introduced new tours every year, experienced over 30% increase in customers every year and successfully provided few hundreds of tours.
How experienced are your guides?
Every guide on our tour is qualified and experienced. We completed official training course by Aarhus Guiding Association. We are constantly improving by learning. We highly appreciate customer feedback that helps to make our tours even more enjoyable.

Does your guide accept gratuities?
Gratuities are greatly appreciated although not mandatory. 
Can i bring my children on your tour? 
Absolutely YES! Denmark is one of the most child-friendly countries in the world and our tours are not exception. You do not need to pay for your child, however please do let us know if you will be attending with a child when you make a booking. 
Can i come on your tour with a dog?
Your can bring your dog on those tours that do not include indoor activities. Please send a note when completing your booking so we are aware and can inform other guests before the tour.

How to rent a car in denmark?
There are many places to rent cars. Hertz, One2Move and Europecar all have several branches. 
Where are the parking spots in Aarhus?
There are plenty of parking spots available in Aarhus. If you are looking for parking close to the tour starting point, then consider Dokk 1 underground automatic parking. Other suitable locations in the centre to leave your car are Salling, Bruuns Galleri, Magazin shopping centres, Navitas, Radisson Hotel and Conference centre, Scandic hotel parking.  All of them located within walking distance from the centre of the city.
What to See in the city?
Aarhus is Denmark's second-largest city with three internationally renowned museums- ARoS, Den Gamle By and Moesgaard Museum. Each one offers unique experiences and moments. The city has plenty of parks and beautiful beaches within walking distance from the centre. Largest University of Denmark is located here and 4 Michelin star restaurants too! Royal residence of Danish Queen is well worth the visit as the park filled with sculptures open to public whenever the Royals are not in town. The largest Cathedral in Denmark is located in the heart of the city and charming streets of Latin Quarter is a must see!
