Royal Aarhus Tour
We invite you on a fascinating journey in the footsteps of Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II. Danish kingdom - the oldest in Europe, and the ruling monarchy is highly respected and is actively involved in the cultural development of the country.
Queen Margrethe herself spends a lot of time in Aarhus, Jutland's capital and second largest city in Denmark. During the walk we will go to a romantic park and Marselisborg Palace, owned by the royal family. When the queen is not staying in Aarhus, the public can walk freely outside the palace and explore the park full of amazing sculptures. If the Queen is in residence, we will have the opportunity to watch the famous ceremony of changing of the royal guards passing at noon. Afterwards we go to the Cathedral of St. Clement, which the queen frequently visits. It is also famous for being the highest and the longest cathedral in Denmark. We will continue to walk by the stores that supply the royal court, and you will have the opportunity to purchase your own royal presents.
